The W.D. Armstrong Studentship is for work towards a PhD degree in a field related to the application of engineering in medicine. Applications are welcome from supervisors in the Departments of Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, Computer Science and Technology and any of the Departments in the School of Clinical Medicine.
The studentship is offered for three years and it is expected that each Armstrong scholar will be co-supervised by academics from the Schools of Technology and Clinical Medicine.
